Accommodation in Sydney have a four tiered rating system:
Executive + :Ultra modern property with high standard of fitout. Building will nomally have
concierge & pool & gym facilities.
Executive :Same as exec + but may not have concierge, pool or gym in the building
Executive - :High standard of interior fitout but may not have air conditioning or could be in a less modern building
Economy :Still good quality interior fitout in older buildings
Rates are indicative only and are subject to seasonal changes.
ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A CHECKOUT CLEAN FEE OF:
1 Bedroom - $155.00
2 Bedroom - $230.00
3 Bedroom - $325.00
Longer stays will incur an extra cleaning charge of $100
